A large number of Apples iPad Pro users have started complaining about the device “hanging” after a full charge. Users complained that after a full charge, the screen would not turn back up and the device would simply not respond. Users needed to do hard resets in order to get the device back on.

Apple has finally admitted that there is some issue with the 12.9″ tablet and mentioned they were investigating it. In the mean time they have released a support document which mentions in order to remedy the problem, users need to “force restart it by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.”
