Arsenal Oust Dinamo Zagreb 3 – 0, Keep Champions League Dreams Alive

Football, News, Sports

Arsenal needed a win over Dinamo Zagreb and a win from Bayern Munich to keep their next round hopes alive and both of their wishes came true. In a clinical performance at the Emirates stadium, Mesut Ozil opened the account at 29th minute. Alexis Sanchez scored twice at 33rd and 69th minute to bring up the much needed victory for the Gunners.

Arsenal still trail Olympiakos by 3 points who are at the second position in the group. A win over their Greek rivals in Athens should seal the second spot and next round ticket for Arsenal but their highly inconsistent performance this year does not bode well for the North London club.
