Leicester City’s Jamie Vardy becomes the first ever footballer to score in 11 consecutive games in English Premier League. And quite fittingly, Vardy does it against Rude Van Nistelrooy’s Manchester United, the player whose record he just surpassed. He scored on the 24th minute against MU to complete his record and give Leicester City the lead.
In reply Manchester Equalized through Bastian Schweinsteiger who headed home from a corner at the last minute of stoppage time of first half. Despite some attacking game from both teams in the second half, the deadlock was not broken. Leicester City remain on top of the table with 32 points.
