ISL – Delhi Dynamos FC And Kerala Blasters Make Sparks Fly In 3 – 3 Draw

In an electrifying match today at the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium in Delhi, Delhi Dynamos FC and kerala Blasters FC played for very different goals. While the Dynamos wanted to win to finish first in the table, the Blasters wanted to salavage some pride from this edition of ISL. At the end of 90 minutes, both teams might feel a little disappointed although it was arguable the best match ISL 2015 has offered so far.

The match started in dramatic fashion as Delhi took early lead via Dos Santos’ 7th minute strike. Just two minutes later, Kerala equalized with a clinical finish from Chris Dagnall. Kerala pressed forward and a goal was disallowed for foul. But on the 30th minute Joao Coimbra got the lead for the visitors and Antonio German increased the lead on the 39th minute.

Not to be outdone, Delhi pulled one back via Adil Nabi and the first half ended 3 – 2 for the visitors. After the break, both teams created some good chances but could not capitalize. As the match seemed set for a Blasters win, Sehnaj Singh hit a scorcher from 30 yards in the dying moments to ensure a draw. With this tie, Kerala will finish their season at the bottom of the table and Delhi remains in the 3rd spot.
