Star Trek is a popular American Sci Fi entertainment franchise which was originally proposed by Gene Roddenberry back in 1964 with some less appealing title. Starting its invigorating journey in 1966 as a television series and later its first motion picture adaption in 1979, today it has become one of the most revered entertainment franchises owned by Paramount Pictures & CBS.
Coming 2016, during the 50th anniversary of original Star Trek series by Gene, director Justin Lin and the team is coming to you with the 13th installment of the Star Trek film saga and sequel to Into Darkness (2013), the Star Trek Beyond. During past years we have gone through so many mixed reviews of the last release, Into Darkness. Few people found the film to be equally entertaining and emphasizing on complicated human relationships whereas others blamed the director J. J. Abrams for trashing the key idea of meaningful exploration to outer world in order to seek what it really means to be human being. People even started saying that instead of being a conceptual statement, Star Trek has become a bombardment of CGI sequences. Naturally, great deal of anticipation is thronged already around the upcoming release.
With the Star Trek Beyond, Chris Pine is returning as Captain James T. Kirk, Zachary Quinto as Commander Spock, John Cho as Lieutenant Hikaru Sulu along with Zoe Saldana as Lieutenant Nyota Uhura. English actor & Comedian Simon Pegg as Lieutenant Commander Montgomery Scott was always been quite a people’s choice. Idris Elba has been confirmed for one of the key antagonists role. Having their legendary airship destroyed due to a brutal alien attack and left aground in an unexplored planet, Starship Enterprise crew led by Captain Kirk will find themselves in dissension with another savage enemy. Will they be able to find their way home? Guess we don’t have to wait long to figure out. However, we have some sneak peek for you in the Official Trailer released by Paramount Pictures, below…
