Terrorist Attack On AirForce Station At Pathankot, 2 Terrorists Killed So Far

4 to 5 ‘Fidaayein’ (suicide attack) terrorists attacked an Indian Air Force base in Pathankot, Punjab early morning 3:30 AM on Saturday 2nd January, 2016. Fierce gun battle is going on between army commandos and the terrorists. According to ANI report, two terrorists have already been killed. It is suspected that terrorists are linked with terrorist organisation¬†Jaish-e-Mohammad Mujahideen E-Tanzeem.

The air base is located near Chakki river in Pathankot. Borders near Haryana and Jammu & Kashmir have already been sealed. NSG commandos and Border Security Force are battling the terrorists and Helicopter units have been dispatched for the location. The entire state of Punjab is on high alert.
