India Back To Number 1 On ICC Test Rankings

Cricket, News, Sports

Thanks to their 3 – 0 win over South Africa at home and then South Africa’s 2 – 1 loss at the hands of England propelled India back to the top of ICC test rankings. Despite a huge 280 run win over England in the last test, South Africa slides down to number 3. The number 2 spot is occupied by India at the moment.

This is for the first time since August 2011 that India has been at the top spot. Number 4 an number 5 spots are taken by Pakistan and England. India might lose their position as Australia can reach number 1 if they win the upcoming test series in Trans-Tasman Trophy against New Zealand.
