World’s Leanest Tower i360 To Open On 4th August

International News, News

World’s slenderest tower, “i360”, will be open for visitors in 4th August in Brighton, UK. Standing 531 feet or 162 meters above the sea level, the i360 is not the tallest tower in the world but that is not its claim to fame. The cylindrical tower has a ridiculously small diameter of only 12.7 feet or 3.9 meters which makes it the world’s leanest tower.

The tower will have operational glass pods that will take visitors 450 feet or 137 meters above ground and give them a panoramic view of the surroundings. The tower has been built by the same people who built the London Eye and took about 2 years to construct. It will take up to 200 visitors at once.
