Newly Married Wife Kills Husband For Not Being Handsome Enough

In a shocking show of violence, a newly married 22 year old woman killed her husband after bashing his head with a grindstone for not being “handsome” enough. This gruesome event took place in Cuddalore, Tamilnadu. The woman was married only one week before and she committed the murder on Monday night.

According to reports, soon after the marriage, the woman was told by relatives and friends that her woodworker husband who was in his mid-twenties, was not handsome enough to be a suitable match for her. She quarreled with her husband on the fateful night and after the incident, came out of the house shouting that someone had murdered her husband. After questioning her, police ascertained that she herself was the murderer. The woman has been sent into judicial custody.
